Schedule

Day Intensive Outpatient Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 a.m. – 12:10 p.m.		Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Monday and Thursday 4:00 p.m. – 7:10 p.m.
Evening Program Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 6 p.m. – 9:10 p.m.		Tuesday 6:00 p.m. – 9:10 p.m.

Patients are required to attend all sessions each week. The number of visits and the length of the program is dependent upon the patient's improvement, treatment progress and participation. Throughout treatment, patients are involved in individual, group and family treatment sessions.

Family Program

Family members are expected to participate in treatment by attending education groups on Monday evenings from 6:00 p.m. – 9:10 p.m.

Indvidual Counseling

Individual sessions are scheduled directly with counselor.

Impaired Professionals

Weekly meetings to satify requirements of the State Medical Board of Ohio.

Continuing Care

A continuing care plan will be developed for each patient before discharge to determine goals and issues that need to be addressed. Continuing care consists of weekly group sessions for a minimum of 14 weeks, with periodic reviews to assess the patient's progress.
